Getting the blogs off the ground
No luck again today in actually getting to speak to my participants - left more messages. I hope they are all back on board next week. In the meantime, I thought focusing on the blog might be a way of helping one of my less confident centres to clarify and focus on their project. Are we setting a deadline for them to get their blog up and running? And are we actively encouraging them to look at each other's blogs to share learning experiences, inspiration, hurdles etc?

I think that is a good idea Claire and something to aim for. Encourage away I say and let them decide if they want to or not. I think your idea of focusing on one thing ie the blog, with a less-confident person is the way to go. Not overwhelm them with too much technology all at once.
